2. Description of Service

OnePress is an AI-powered web application that helps users create presentation slides through conversation. The Service includes free and paid plans with different usage limits and features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use the Service to generate, create, or distribute content that is:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic
  • Violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Deceptive, misleading, or harmful to individuals or groups

5. Account and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription or one-time basis as described on our Pricing page. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will occur; you keep Pro access until that date.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your first Pro subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that payment. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not provided except where required by law. Credit packs are non-refundable; once credits are added to your account, they can be consumed immediately and cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. OnePress retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or our operations.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OnePress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
