Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and account preferences, as well as usage data generated when you interact with the Service, including prompts, generated content, and feature usage. You can try the Service without registering — in that case we create an anonymous workspace tied to your browser session rather than an email address.

If you use Automations, we also store your automation definitions — the name, schedule, and instruction prompt you provide — and each automated run is saved as a conversation in your history, subject to the same retention and deletion controls as your other conversations.

We use product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the Service is used. This includes event tracking and session recordings — replays of how you interact with the interface — which we use to find and fix usability problems.

Third-party data you authorize. If you choose to connect a third-party account (for example, Stripe), we store the credential you provide — encrypted at rest — and use it to pull business data from that service into your workspace on your behalf. That data is visible only to your account and is never shared with other users. Disconnecting deletes the stored credential; previously synced data in your workspace remains under your control and can be deleted like any other file.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, process payments, provide customer support, and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service: payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, product analytics (PostHog), email delivery, and AI model providers — your prompts, uploaded files used in a task, generated content, and business data you have authorized the agent to access may be sent to model providers to produce results. We require these providers to protect your data, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve user experience.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Inactive anonymous workspaces are deleted automatically after a retention period; registered accounts persist until you delete them.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service.
