Frequently asked questions

What counts as one "credit"?

Credits are input-equivalent tokens — the real cost of AI inference. A typical 5-slide deck with research uses 300-500K credits. The free daily allowance (3M) covers 2-3 full projects, including AI-generated imagery.

Do free decks really have a watermark?

Yes — a small "Made with OnePress" badge on downloads and shared links. It's how free decks keep hosting free. Remove it one deck at a time with the Deck Pass ($2.99), or on every deck with Pro.

Will my Pro plan renew automatically?

Pro is a monthly subscription managed through Creem. Cancel anytime; your Pro access continues through the current billing period.

What exactly does the Deck Pass cover?

The deck you're looking at. It removes the watermark from the HTML download and the badge from the shared link — including later edits of that same deck. It doesn't add credits and doesn't cover future decks. If you make decks regularly, Pro pays for itself after about three Deck Passes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your Pro status stays until the end of the current billing period, then you're back to Free.
