Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using OnePress. By using the Service, you agree not to use it to create, generate, share, or promote prohibited content.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using OnePress to generate or distribute content that is:

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
  • Violent, graphic, gory, or depicting physical harm
  • Hateful, harassing, bullying, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or promoting illegal activities
  • Deceptive, misleading, or manipulative
  • Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
  • Containing personal, private, or sensitive information of others without consent
  • Promoting terrorism, extremism, or self-harm

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content at scale
  • Circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or other protective measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code
  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service

Content Moderation

OnePress uses automated content moderation systems to detect and block attempts to generate prohibited content. We reserve the right to review, remove, or report any content that violates this policy.

User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. You must ensure that any slides, text, images, or other outputs comply with this AUP and all applicable laws.

This applies equally to Automations. Any action the agent takes on your behalf through a scheduled or one-off automation — including the content it generates and the tools it uses — is treated as taken by you. Review your automation prompts and their run history, and keep every prompt compliant with this AUP.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
