Teams — a shared workspace for your agent and your people

A group on OnePress is not another app or another bot. It's a shared workspace where your teammates and the same agent work on the same files — with your personal space staying personal.

What a group gives you

  • 📁 A shared group workspace — files the agent produces in a group conversation land in the group's space, visible and editable by every member.
  • 💬 Group conversations — anyone in the group can talk to the agent; the whole thread is shared, so context isn't trapped in one person's chat.
  • 🔒 A private personal space that stays yours — the file drawer shows every group you belong to plus your personal space, side by side.
  • 📋 Explicit copies between spaces — drag a file from your personal space into a group (or between groups) and it's physically copied. No links, no aliases: what the group sees is its own copy.

How it works

1. Create a group and invite by email

Any account can create a group — free tier included, no paywall on inviting. Add your teammates' emails and they get an invitation; it also shows up inside the app so they can accept in one click.

2. Work in the group conversation

Group conversations sit at the top of your conversation list. Ask the agent for the competitive teardown, the launch plan, the deck — the output lands in the group workspace where everyone can open it.

3. Move files between spaces deliberately

Pull a personal draft into the group when it's ready to share — or copy a group deliverable into your own space to adapt privately. Same file explorer, two spaces, drag or copy/paste between them.

Who pays for what

Agent usage in a group is billed to the member who asked — your messages spend your credits, your teammate's messages spend theirs. There's no team wallet to manage and no surprise when a heavy user joins.

Creating groups, inviting people, and accepting invitations are all free. Monetization is about usage and seats growing naturally — not about charging someone to walk in the door.

Privacy boundaries

Personal and group spaces are physically separate — different directories, no shared aliases. The agent's group memory comes only from that group's conversations and files; it never reads your private chats or personal memory to answer a teammate.

Leave a group and access is revoked — group files stay with the group, your personal space was never shared to begin with.
